Ales Cathedral is home to some spectacular frescoes. The main frescoes in the building include the depiction of the medallion of Saint Gregory the Great, the Martyrdom of Saint Peter, the medallion of Saint Jerome, the Glory of Saint Paul, the medallion of Saint Augustine, the Glory of Saint Peter, the medallion of Saint Ambrose and the Martyrdom of Saint Paul.
