The Adria Cathedral is located in a city in Italy which was named after the Adriatic Sea, Adria. The Roman Catholic Church was once the episcopal seat of the Diocese of Adria before it was joined to Rovigo to make up the Diocese of Adria-Rovigo. These are some pretty amazing facts about the Cathedral which happens to be the most popular landmark in the province. A replica of the Grotto de Lourdes in France is found at the back of the Adria Cathedral. This shrine is one of the most visited places in Adria. It was built in honor of Our Lady of Lourdes.
