The monument features a neoclassical style of architecture with a Latin cross ground plan. The plan also involves one nave and two aisles demarcated by a cupola and some piers. The west front of the Cathedral has eight huge Ionic columns perched on a chessboard paving made of marble slabs and basalt. Click the next ARROW to see the next photo!
