The Lanciano Cathedral is the number one spiritual center in the city of Lanciano and is dedicated to the Virgin Saint Mary of the Bridge. What makes this cathedral unique is because it was built on top of three arches of Roman Bridges. Inside the cathedral are a single nave, Corinthians capitals, and neoclassical altars with paintings. When you’re inside, you can go through the left to the point where you will see the paintings of the Last Supper. There is also a hall with a glass section in the floor that shows a 40’ drop, along with ancient walls and foundation, and a canal. Click the next ARROW to see the next photo!
