One of the top destinations visitors are never to miss is the Orsini-Colonna castle. It was built in 1490 and then later adapted in 1565 by Marcantonio Colonna in fortified residence. Over the years the building has served as an important destination of history, culture, and the tradition of the people. Unfortunately, in 1915, a terrible earthquake struck and devastated the building, leaving it in complete ruins.
