The 11th-century monument was built in Norman-Gothic style. The huge mullioned windows are very visible if you view from the right side. It features an enormous bell tower which has been under construction since the 15th century. The interior of the cathedral is in the form of a Latin cross consisting of three naves. The naves are cleaved by sharp arches which seat firmly on pillars shaped like an octagon. The ceiling of the building features a two-headed eagle which signifies the two-headed eagle owned by Charles V. Click the next ARROW to see the next photo!
