In ancient times, merchants are both traders and thieves. One of the most important artifacts in the St. Mark’s Basilica, the relics of Saint Mark the Evangelist, was originally in Alexandria, Egypt. It was stolen by Venetian Merchants in 828. Click the next ARROW to see the next photo!
