In 1532, Baldassarre Peruzzi built the high marble altar of the presbytery. The huge bronze ciborium is made by Vecchietta. At the sides of the high altar are the uppermost angels’ work of art done by Francesco di Giorgio Martini. Click the next ARROW to see the next photo!
