Santorini has a dry and hot weather but this does not affect the quality of the wine. Grapes are grown on the land area called ‘aspa’. The wine is said to be one of the best tasting wines in the world, all thanks to the volcanic eruptions. The landscape is rich in minerals which gives the wine a wonderful taste.
