Since the inauguration, the exhibits in the museum has expanded rapidly, most of which are gifts from other museums. Currently, the building boasts of 500 impressionist paintings and about 1,100 post-impressionist masterpieces. Works of popular impressionists like laude Monet, Pierre-Auguste Renoir, Gustave Courbet, Paul Cezanne, Edouard Manet, Camille Pissarro Vincent Van Gogh, and Paul Gauguin are on display.
