6Scottish crown got lost for a century

There is a Scottish crown jewel known as the Honors of Scotland, which comprises of the sceptre, crown, and sword of the state. This is used during the coronation of a monarch and other ceremonies. When Scotland and England fell under one crown, the jewel was missing for about a century before it was later rediscovered in 1818 by Sir Walter Scott. Click the next ARROW to see the next photo!
