The south arm of the transept in the cathedral leads to the elliptical Chapel of Saint Evasius which was constructed in the year 1793. The cathedral experienced looting of the Baroque feature that contains the relics of saint Evasius in a silver statue. However, it was restored and returned back to the chapel.
