The apsidal frescoes have existed since the first half of the eleventh century. At the sides of the Enthroned Mary shows inside the mandorla- the Martyrs of the Aquileian tradition. On the right, Euphemia, Hermagora, and Fortunatus, depicting the Four Virgins of Aquileia group and on the left, Tatianus, Mark the Evangelist, and Hilary.
