The high altar is produced from the sarcophagus of Archbishop Pietro Capuano who died in 1359. The Altar is adorned with five bas-reliefs of the apostles (12) with St. Nicholas, St. Basil, the Virgin Mary, and Jesus. Click the next ARROW to see the next photo!
