The Alessandria Cathedral has quite a striking Baroque style choir. The choir was once in the Church of Nuns of St. Anastasio before it was gifted to the Alexandria Cathedral. The choir which is made of wood features a canvas depicting a tiara-clad St. Peter. Also at the altar, between Saint John the Baptist and Paul, two angels carry the choir’s canopy while the third angel plays the almond.
